How do I know if the head weight is compatible with my golf club?

On each club weight product page, we publish a compatibility chart that shows the compatible models for each weight.

Do you sell Left Handed shaft adapters?

Yes we do! If LH is available, there will be an option you can select on the product page.

What are the hosel diameters of all of the shaft adapters?

All of the driver and fairway wood adapters have a .335 hosel diameter. All of the hybrid adapters have a .370 hosel diameter.

How do I know which gram increment I need when purchasing a head weight?

You can reach out to our support team and we will help guide you into selecting the proper gram increment. We also offer weight kits that can serve as a perfect solution when you are unsure about which one will work best for your swing.

What side ferrule diameter do I need?

We offer 2 options - .355 (tapered) or .370 (parallel). You will want to make sure you order the ferrule size that matches the tip diameter of your shafts. Our support team is on standby if you need any assistance with choosing the proper size.

Can I customize a grip and ferrule kit?

Yes! Please reach out to our support team with your request and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Shipping

What is the status of my order?

We aim to ship your order within 1 business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with the status of your order. You can also find the status of your order under My Account.

How do I change or cancel my order?

What shipping carriers do you use?
