Order Cancellation Policy
We begin processing orders quickly so they can ship as fast as possible.
Cancellation or modification requests may be submitted after placing an order. However, requests are not guaranteed and depend on whether the order has already entered fulfillment.
Once an order has been packed, labeled, or transferred to the shipping carrier, we are no longer able to cancel or modify it.
Because many orders are processed shortly after purchase, it is possible for a shipment to proceed even if a cancellation request was sent before a shipping confirmation email was received.
If a cancellation request cannot be completed in time, the order will ship and may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Important Timing Information
• Shipping confirmation emails are sent after fulfillment is completed
• Order processing may occur shortly after purchase
• Customer service messages are handled in the order they are received
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee interception prior to shipment.
Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed. If a package ships to the address provided at checkout, it will be considered successfully fulfilled.
