Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

The shipping method selected at checkout affects carrier transit time only and does not change order processing time.

Shipping time begins once the package has been accepted by the carrier, not when the order is placed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL (international)

Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery appointments.


Expedited Shipping (UPS & FedEx Air Services)

Expedited shipping services prioritize transit time after shipment but do not change order processing time.

Shaft Connect guarantees shipment within 1–2 business days. Delivery speed after shipment is determined by the carrier.

Overnight Services (UPS Next Day Air Saver and similar)

If an overnight shipment arrives later than one business day after carrier acceptance, you may contact support within 5 days of delivery to request a shipment review.

If the transit time qualifies, we will refund the expedited shipping charge.

Please note:

• The one-day transit window begins once the carrier accepts the package
• Processing time before shipment does not count toward transit time
• Delays caused by incorrect address information are not eligible

Two-Day Air and Other Expedited Services

UPS 2-Day Air, FedEx 2-Day, and similar services are not eligible for shipping refunds once shipped.

These services prioritize routing but do not guarantee an arrival date.

Carrier Delays

Carriers may experience delays due to weather, routing interruptions, mechanical issues, or operational disruptions. Shaft Connect does not control these factors.


International Shipping

We ship internationally using UPS, FedEx, and DHL where available.

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout and remitted to the destination country’s customs authority. In most cases, no additional payment is required upon delivery.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for:

• providing an accurate shipping address
• ensuring items are permitted in their country
• complying with local import regulations


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders delivered to the address provided on the order confirmation are considered successfully fulfilled.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply to reship the order.


Missing or Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered)

If tracking shows your package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery scan.

Before contacting us, please:

• check around your property and typical delivery areas
• check with neighbors
• check with household members
• confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation

Many packages are located during this step.

Carrier Investigation

If the package cannot be located, we will initiate a carrier investigation. The carrier may verify GPS delivery coordinates, contact you directly, or speak with the delivery driver. Customer cooperation may be required.

Delivered Status

Once a shipment is marked Delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

Shaft Connect does not automatically replace or refund delivered shipments. Replacement or refund may occur only if the carrier officially determines the package to be lost.
