Ordering Information
The ferrule size needed is relative to the tip diameter of the shaft being used. You would need .355 ferrules if you have a .355 tapered shaft installed - and you would need .370 ferrules if you have a .370 parallel shaft installed. If you are in doubt of what size you have, it would be best to order the .370 size as that will work on any shaft. Many club builders prefer to use the .370 size as it's easier to work with and stays just as secure once epoxied.
Yes! We don't make you buy more than you need. You can purchase the exact quantity you need for your custom build. This also allows you to mix and match different designs if desired.
Ferrule orders will be shipped out by the next business day.
Yes of course - The order will ship out by the next business day but you can upgrade the shipping speed to UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Standard Overnight.
If a ferrule is out of stock, it is not guaranteed that it will be restocked. We do tend to restock some of the best sellers.
If you think you will need the specific design in the future, it's best to purchase them ahead of time to avoid stock availability issues.

Shipping & Delivery
By the following business day, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your ferrule order departs our facility. If you did not receive a tracking email, please ensure that the email address used for the order is accurate OR check your spam folder.
For ferrule orders, we offer USPS Ground Advantage (Economy Shipping), UPS 2-Day Air, and UPS Standard Overnight delivery options.
If you are located in the USA, but outside the continental 48 states, your ferrule order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
If you selected UPS Standard Overnight delivery, then yes, your package is eligible for a shipping refund. Please reach out to our support team here to request a refund.
Note: Saturday & Sunday do not count as delivery days.
If you selected UPS 2-Day Air, then no, your package is not eligible for a shipping refund.
We understand your disappointment when a package shipped via UPS 2-Day Air arrives later than anticipated, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you. We want to clarify the nature of the UPS 2-Day Air service. While the name suggests a two business day transit time, it's important to note that UPS does not offer a guaranteed delivery date for this specific service. This means that while they aim for a two business day delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, operational adjustments, or other factors can sometimes lead to delays beyond that timeframe.
As our shipping policy mirrors the guarantees provided by our carriers, we are unable to offer refunds based on transit times for services where the carrier themselves does not provide a delivery date guarantee. We understand this can be frustrating, and we share your desire for consistent and timely deliveries.
USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail packages are not eligible for a refund as USPS does not provide a delivery date guarantee.
We will not make any exceptions to this policy.

Warranty
Yes, our golf ferrules will come with a 90 day warranty, starting on the date of delivery. If your ferrule breaks during this 90 day period, please fill out the Warranty Request Form here and we will begin the warranty approval process.
