Warranty Policy

Domestic Warranty Coverage

All Shaft Connect golf components — including adapters, head weights, ferrules, grip kits, and club-building supplies — are covered by a 90-day limited warranty beginning on the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier tracking.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal installation and use.

What Is Covered

Eligible warranty issues may include:

• structural failure of a component under normal use
• material defects present at delivery
• machining or threading defects
• manufacturing flaws that prevent the product from functioning as intended

What Is Not Covered

The following are not considered warranty defects:

• improper installation or removal
• installation without appropriate tools or procedures
• incorrect epoxy use, mixture, or curing process
• over-tightening or improper torque application
• damage caused by worn, damaged, or incompatible club heads or shafts
• tool marks, prep damage, or shaft preparation errors
• sanding, polishing, or modification of the product
• compatibility issues or incorrect model selection
• ordering the wrong size or specification
• cosmetic wear, finish wear, or normal use marks
• ferrule appearance after installation

Products that have been altered, modified, or improperly installed are not eligible for warranty replacement.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery:

  1. Submit a warranty request through our Warranty Claim Form.

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Include clear photos showing the full product and the specific area of concern.

Warranty claims must be reported within the 90-day warranty period.

In some cases, we may request the item be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued. If inspection is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Replacement items will not be shipped until the item has been evaluated when a return is requested.

Warranty approval is determined based on whether the issue meets the definition of a manufacturing defect under this policy.

Replacement Terms

Approved warranty claims will result in a replacement of the same product, or an equivalent item if the original is no longer available.

Warranty coverage does not include:

• installation labor
• removal labor
• club builder labor charges
• third-party service fees
• shipping upgrades or expedited services

International Warranty Coverage

International orders receive the same 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Because international return shipping and customs processing can be complex, we typically do not require the defective item to be returned. Instead, we will review photos and documentation submitted with your warranty claim.

If a warranty claim is approved, a replacement item will be shipped.

Please note:

• Warranty replacements are considered a new international shipment.
• Import duties, VAT, taxes, or brokerage fees may be assessed by the destination country’s customs authority.
• These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shaft Connect does not have the ability to prepay, control, or reimburse international customs charges on replacement shipments.

Additional Notes

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Shaft Connect.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to deny claims where sufficient documentation cannot be provided.

Repeated Failure / Application Limits

If a product is replaced under warranty and the same issue occurs again, we may determine that the product is not suitable for the specific application or usage conditions.

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects, not to performance limitations caused by usage conditions outside the product’s intended operating range.

In these situations, additional replacements may not be issued. We will provide guidance on alternative configurations where possible.

Limitation of Liability

Shaft Connect components are aftermarket parts intended for installation into golf equipment. Proper installation procedures, tools, and torque specifications must be followed.

Shaft Connect’s responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to replacement of the purchased product.

Shaft Connect is not responsible for damage to club heads, shafts, grips, or any other equipment resulting from installation, removal, misuse, over-tightening, improper tools, improper torque, or failure of interfacing equipment.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to other equipment, loss of use, third-party labor costs, or related expenses.
