Warranty Policy
Domestic Warranty Policy:
Golf Shafts
Golf shafts will come with a full 1 year warranty from the shaft manufacturer, starting on the date of delivery. If your product breaks during this 1 year period, please reach out to customer service at sales@shaftconnect.com and we will begin the warranty approval process.
Warranty approval/denial will be at the sole discretion of the shaft manufacturer. The shaft manufacturer may require you to ship the damaged shaft for inspection. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the warranty claim. We will require that you send us a detailed description of the incident along with the necessary photos showing damage. We will submit this information on your behalf to the shaft manufacturer and keep you updated with proper communication. If the warranty claim is approved, we will send out a replacement shaft.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. Shaft alterations made by the customer will void the warranty of the shaft.
All other products
All other products come with a 90-day warranty, starting on the date of delivery. If your item breaks during this 90-day period, please reach out to customer service at sales@shaftconnect.com and we will begin the process to replace your item free of charge.
We may require that you ship back the broken item so that our product team can inspect and determine the cause of breakage. We will send you a return label via email to send back the item. Replacement items will not be shipped/processed until the broken item has been received and inspected.
Improper installation of an item and/or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for a warranty claim. This will be determined by our product team at our sole discretion.
International Warranty Policy:
Customers will receive all the same warranty benefits as outlined above. Please reach out to customer service at sales@shaftconnect.com and we will begin the warranty approval process. In the event that a warranty replacement product is shipped out, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The customer is also responsible for any import duties/taxes/brokerage fees that are required by the destination country.
