30-Day Returns — Golf Components
We want you to feel comfortable purchasing from Shaft Connect. If something isn’t right, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items include ferrules, grip kits, head weights, adapters, and club-building supplies.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• unused
• uninstalled
• unmodified
• in original packaging
• in the same condition they were received
All returns are inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued.
Any product that has been installed or test-fit into a club head is considered used and is not eligible for return.
Starting a Return
All returns must be requested through our Returns Center before shipping anything back.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of label issuance.
Orders with a product value under $15 (before shipping) are final sale. For lower-value items, return shipping and processing can exceed the cost of the product itself. If anything arrives incorrect or defective, we’ll make it right.

Refund Options
When requesting a return, you may choose one of the following:
Option 1 — Store Credit (Recommended)
• Free return shipping label
• Full item value refunded as store credit
• +$6 bonus credit
Store credit never expires and is the fastest way to exchange for a different product.
Option 2 — Original Payment Method
• Refund issued to your original payment method
• $9.99 return label fee deducted from the refund
Shipping Charges
Original outbound shipping charges from the order are non-refundable.
This applies to both:
• store credit returns
• refunds to the original payment method
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Please include photos of:
• the item
• the packaging
• the shipping box
Incorrect Fit or Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
If an item does not fit your club or you ordered the wrong size, the item may still be returned within the 30-day return window as long as it remains unused and uninstalled.
These situations are considered standard returns and are not classified as defective or seller error. If you are unsure before ordering, please contact us and we will gladly help you confirm compatibility.
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for return.
If there is a shipping error or damage, please contact us and we will assist you.
Erroneous Returns
Items not purchased from Shaft Connect, or items returned in used condition, will not be processed as a return.
If we receive such items, we may:
• require payment to ship them back, or
• dispose of them after 30 days if unclaimed.
