Head weight orders will be shipped out by the next business day.
Yes of course - The order will ship out by the next business day but you can upgrade the shipping speed to UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Standard Overnight.
The stock weight can vary - It is best to remove your existing weight and check underneath. Most of the time, the weight (in grams) is printed underneath.
Rule of Thumb: 1 swing weight = 2 grams
Examples:
If you are wanting to add 2 swing weight points, then you would need to add +4g to your current weight.
If you are wanting to subtract 2 swing weight points, then you would need to subtract -4g from your current weight.
Rule of Thumb: 1" = 6 Swing Weight points
Example:
If you cut 1/2" off of your driver shaft and do not change any other variables, then you have decreased your swing weight by 3 points.
Rule of Thumb: 1" = 6 Swing Weight points
Example:
If you add 1/2" to your driver shaft and do not change any other variables, then you have increased your swing weight by 3 points.
Unfortunately, Scotty Cameron doesn't publish a compatibility list for each model. However, the majority of the models out there use the large thread weights. To be sure, it's best to remove the existing weights to confirm the thread size prior to ordering new weights.
Our acceptable tolerance on our head weights is (+/-) 1 gram. Note: Some of the stated weights may or not include the provided bolt/screw.

Shipping & Delivery
By the following business day, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your head weight order departs our facility. If you did not receive a tracking email, please ensure that the email address used for the order is accurate OR check your spam folder.
For head weight orders, we offer USPS Ground Advantage (Economy Shipping), UPS 2-Day Air, and UPS Standard Overnight delivery options.
If you are located in the USA, but outside the continental 48 states, your head weight order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
If you selected UPS Standard Overnight delivery, then yes, your package is eligible for a shipping refund. Please reach out to our Support Team here to request a refund.
Note: Saturday & Sunday do not count as delivery days.
If you selected UPS 2-Day Air, then no, your package is not eligible for a shipping refund.
We understand your disappointment when a package shipped via UPS 2-Day Air arrives later than anticipated, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you. We want to clarify the nature of the UPS 2-Day Air service. While the name suggests a two business day transit time, it's important to note that UPS does not offer a guaranteed delivery date for this specific service. This means that while they aim for a two business day delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, operational adjustments, or other factors can sometimes lead to delays beyond that timeframe.
As our shipping policy mirrors the guarantees provided by our carriers, we are unable to offer refunds based on transit times for services where the carrier themselves does not provide a delivery date guarantee. We understand this can be frustrating, and we share your desire for consistent and timely deliveries.
USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail packages are not eligible for a refund as USPS does not provide a delivery date guarantee.
We will not make any exceptions to this policy.
We sincerely apologize that your head weight order arrived damaged. We will be with you every step of the way to ensure you get a replacement order shipped out as quickly as possible.

Yes we do! After entering your shipping address at checkout, you will be presented with the shipping options and prices.
Customs Duties & Taxes: We try to make this as easy as possible. We will collect the duties and taxes that you are required to pay and remit those on your behalf. This will save you time and you will know the full transparent price before placing the head weight order.

Please note that there are many different scales on the market, which can all give varying outputs and levels of accuracy. Because of this, there is no need to send us an image of your scale.
You are welcome to start a return for any order if you are not satisfied with the weight.
Warranty
Yes, our head weights will come with a 90 day warranty, starting on the date of delivery. If your weight breaks during this 90 day period, please fill out the Warranty Request Form here and we will begin the warranty approval process.
