We continue to support customers who previously purchased a shaft from Shaft Connect.
Yes. We continue to provide support for prior shaft customers including build questions, specifications, and general guidance.
Custom shafts were built to individual specifications and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Yes. Shaft manufacturers provide warranty coverage for material or manufacturing defects in the shaft itself.
If you believe your shaft has a defect, you may contact us and we will help determine whether the issue falls under manufacturer warranty coverage.
Please note:
• Warranty claims are reviewed and approved by the shaft manufacturer.
• Warranty coverage applies to the shaft as a manufactured component.
• Rebuild labor or custom reassembly services may not be available depending on current operations.
If a warranty replacement is approved by the manufacturer, we will provide guidance on the next steps.
