Ordering Process
Yes - Your shaft will arrive ready for play with the adapter and grip installed.
The lead time for your shaft order before it ships is shown at the very top of each product page. You can also view all of our shaft brand lead times here - Shipping Lead Times.
We do offer a curated Quick Ship selection of shafts that will ship out in 1-2 business days. That collection of shafts can be found here - Quick Ship Shafts
We use this information to ensure that we cut the playing length of your build to the correct length. We also use this information to double check that the correct adapter was selected.
It's crucial to understand how playing length is defined to ensure your club performs as expected. Playing length is the total length of the club once the head is installed. It is not the measurement from the butt end of the grip to the adapter. Please take a moment to confirm you've selected the correct playing length for your needs.
Yes of course - There is a "No Grip" option available under the Grip drop down menu. To have the grip sent loose in the box, there is a "Do Not Attach" option under the Wraps of Tape drop down menu.
No - Our supplier agreements require that we install a shaft adapter. This is necessary to protect your equipment investment and warranty.

We carry shaft brands from the top manufacturers including: Accra, Aerotech, Aldila, Aretera, AutoFlex, BGT, Free Flex, Fujikura, Graphite Design, KBS, LA Golf, Mitsubishi Chemical, Oban, Project X, TPT Golf, UST Mamiya, and VA Composites.
We can build your custom shaft with adapters that are compatible with the following brands: Ben Hogan, Bridgestone, Callaway, Cleveland Golf, Cobra, Epon, LA Golf, Honma, Mizuno, Ping, Srixon, TaylorMade, Titleist, Tour Edge, and Wilson Staff.
The only expedited shaft builds we can accommodate are located in our Quick Ship collection of shafts found here - Quick Ship Shafts
All other shaft orders will have to follow the standard lead times posted at the top of the product page.
Order Modification & Cancellation
Shaft orders can only be modified for the first 24 hours after the order is placed. We will not make any exceptions to this policy. Please reach out to our Shaft Support Team here to make a modification request.
Note: Shafts from our Quick Ship collection cannot be modified once the order is placed.
Shaft orders can only be canceled for the first 24 hours after placing the order. We will not make any exceptions to this policy. Canceled orders will have a 3.5% credit card processing fee deducted from the refund. We will waive this 3.5% fee if you request a store credit refund.
Note: Shafts from our Quick Ship collection cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Shipping & Delivery
We understand your excitement to receive your shaft! Please note that all shaft orders have a specific lead time before they ship out. You can check out the lead times for all of the different shaft brands here - Shaft Lead Times
You'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your shaft departs our facility. There's no need to contact us regarding shipping status before this estimated lead time, as we're actively working to get your order shipped out within the estimated window.
For shaft orders, we offer UPS 2-Day Air and UPS Standard Overnight delivery options.
We do not offer a basic economy ground shipping option - While we package everything as securely as possible, there is a higher probability of the fragile package potentially being damaged during the longer ground transit.
We offer very competitive UPS 2-Day Air and UPS Standard Overnight rates that will get your order delivered to you faster and with a lower probability of damage.
If you are located in the USA, but outside the continental 48 states, your shaft order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
If you selected UPS Standard Overnight delivery, then yes, your package is eligible for a shipping refund. Please reach out to our Shafts Support Team here to request a refund.
Note: Saturday & Sunday do not count as delivery days.
If you selected UPS 2-Day Air, then no, your package is not eligible for a shipping refund.
We understand your disappointment when a package shipped via UPS 2-Day Air arrives later than anticipated, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you.
We want to clarify the nature of the UPS 2-Day Air service. While the name suggests a two business day transit time, it's important to note that UPS does not offer a guaranteed delivery date for this specific service. This means that while they aim for a two business day delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, operational adjustments, or other factors can sometimes lead to delays beyond that timeframe.
As our shipping policy mirrors the guarantees provided by our carriers, we are unable to offer refunds based on transit times for services where the carrier themselves does not provide a delivery date guarantee. We understand this can be frustrating, and we share your desire for consistent and timely deliveries.
We will not make any exceptions to this policy.
We sincerely apologize that your shaft order arrived damaged. We will be with you every step of the way to ensure you get a replacement order shipped out as quickly as possible.

Yes we do! After entering your shipping address at checkout, you will be presented with the shipping options and prices.
Customs Duties & Taxes: We try to make this as easy as possible. We will collect the duties and taxes that you are required to pay and remit those on your behalf. This will save you time and you will know the full transparent price before placing the shaft order.
Returns Information
Because each of our custom shafts is meticulously built to your individual specifications, including precise measurements and component choices, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these items. This policy is in place as these uniquely configured shafts cannot be resold or reused.
Note: Iron, Wedge, and Putter shafts are not eligible to be returned.
We will not make any exceptions to this policy.
Warranty
Yes, as an authorized dealer for all of our shaft brands, we are able to fully service your equipment during the warranty period.
Golf shafts will come with a full 1 year warranty from the shaft manufacturer, starting on the date of delivery. If your shaft breaks during this 1 year period, please fill out the Warranty Request Form here and we will begin the warranty approval process.
Warranty approval/denial will be at the sole discretion of the shaft manufacturer. The shaft manufacturer may require you to ship the damaged shaft for inspection. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the warranty claim. We will require that you send us a detailed description of the incident along with the necessary photos showing damage. We will submit this information on your behalf to the shaft manufacturer and keep you updated with proper communication. If the warranty claim is approved, we will send out a replacement shaft.
