REPLACE YOUR SMALL-THREAD SCOTTY CAMERON PUTTER WEIGHTS

Shaft Connect aftermarket replacement weights, designed for compatibility with select Scotty Cameron putters using the small-thread weight design. These silver no-paint weights can replace an existing pair or provide a different gram option when adjusting your putter setup.

Each selection includes 2 matching small-thread putter weights.

AVAILABLE WEIGHTS

Each selection contains a pair of 2 matching weights in the selected gram weight.

These weights feature a silver finish with no paint and a 5-pin design.

COMPATIBLE WITH

These weights are specifically designed for Scotty Cameron putters that use the small-thread weight design.

Scotty Cameron has used different weight thread sizes across its many putter models and generations. There is no comprehensive published model-by-model compatibility list, so we do not recommend determining fit based only on the name or model of your putter.

Before ordering, remove one of the weights currently installed in your putter and inspect the threads. Compare your existing weight with the small-thread design shown in the product images. Confirming the thread design directly is the most reliable way to determine whether these weights will fit your putter.

SELECTING YOUR SCOTTY CAMERON PUTTER WEIGHT

The different gram options allow you to replace your current sole weights or change the overall head weight of your putter. A lighter or heavier pair may also be useful after changing playing length or when evaluating different setups during a putter fitting.

Reasons for choosing a different weight pair include:

  • Increasing or decreasing putter head weight
  • Adjusting overall putter feel
  • Accommodating playing-length changes
  • Comparing different head-weight setups
  • Putter fitting and custom builds
  • Replacing lost or damaged weights

INSTALLATION & REMOVAL

A compatible Scotty Cameron-style putter weight tool is required to engage the 5-pin design when removing or installing these weights.

The installation/removal tool is not included with the weight pair.

I customized my 35 inch Scotty Studio Design Squareback 2 by reshafting it with a black KBS CT Tour 120 shaft, midsize Scotty Cameron Red and Black Matador grip, cutting it to a 34 1/4 inch playing length and then finally finishing it off by replacing the stock 10 gram weights with black-centered 15 gram weights from ShaftConnect.

Mike was nice enough to swap out the 25g weights for the 40g for me. Love the feel of a heavier putter. Wish they would come in 45 or 50g in the black/chrome version. Had 33 putts with 2x 3-putts the first time I used this new setup. Took some getting use to but I really like how this felt. Would buy from again for sure.

I really like these weights. Not gonna knock a star for what I found. Word of warning…the holes in the SC weights are not the same depth as the Titleist ones. You can see the removal tool fits flush in the Cameron weights but the holes are too shallow in the SC for the prongs to be fully seated. If you’re not careful when installing your new SC weights I can see the tool slipping. The holes should either be the same depth as the Cameron weights or the prongs on their removal tool should be the same length as the depth on their weights. IMO the removal tool should be fully seated. Just a heads up. Easy install and removal though. No complaints. Wish the weights came heavier in the chrome/black version. 40g feels pretty good in my 36.5” putter. I did hit the face of the weights with a little polish too. Just to clean them up a little. They look really good.

Weights are great. Only concern with these is that one of them tightens upside down opposite to the other weight. Tried tightening the weights from different positions but still ended up opposite of the other. All in all my putting was lights out increasing my weights from 30s to 40s. And it matches perfect with my Scotty.

The sale, delivery, product was fine but the product is subpar for what I want/need. Had my SC 5.5 blacked out & these “black” weights are partially black, shiny paint… maybe go on Embrace, NorCal, Mainely Putters etc.. and paint your weights to jive with the trend of blacked out putters.. I’m having to send them in to get painted.. so not ideal.. cheers
