This is the replacement rubber soft ferrule for the Ping hybrid adapters.  This Ping hyrbid ferrule is top portion of the adapter used for the Ping G430/G425/G410 models. 

The Ping hybrid soft ferrule is designed to accommodate .370 shafts.
