The Titleist adjustable fairway woods have a screw/bolt that is seated at the base of the club head. It remains stationary in the head and secures the Titleist fairway adapter to the club head.  This is the perfect factory replacement in the even that your screw falls out or becomes damaged. This includes one rubber washer.
