The Titleist driver screw/bolt sits at the bottom of your Titleist driver head. It threads into and secures your Titleist SureFit driver adapter to the club head. Sometimes this screw/bolt can fall out or break, making this the perfect replacement screw to make the repair. This includes the rubber washer.

Exactly what was needed! My husband heard a pop and rattle during a round and turns out he broke and lost the screw from the Titleist tsi3 driver. He was scrambling to figure out where to get it fixed - purchase location couldn’t help as Golf Galaxy doesn’t carry Titleist repair parts. I did some google-ing and came across this site. Screw was delivered promptly and fit perfectly. He played 1 round so far with the replacement and no issues.
