The Mizuno fairway wood adapter is designed to perfectly fit Mizuno fairway woods, ensuring maximum performance and control. Featuring a sleek black finish and CNC machined construction, the Mizuno fairway adapter offers adjustability in to the loft, lie angle, and face angle.  Loft can be adjusted +2/-2 degress and the lie angle can be adjust upright up to 3 degrees.  This Mizuno Quick Switch adapter is available for left handed golfers as well.

Mizuno fairway wood adapter will accommodate .335 tip diameter fairway wood shafts.
