Worked perfect for the application. Previous club owner bored .355 club hosel with drill bit. Hosel was not capable of taking a .355 shaft with shim. The reamer was able to correct the poorly bored hosel and I was able to shim the .355 shaft successfully.
Great tool. Will use it for reaming ferrules for better fit on those tough parallel tip shafts.

A well known golf club building company, who sells components, club assembly tools, etc. advertised a spiral fluted reamer to ream .355 hosels to .370. This would do the job…………. I burnt it up in ten minutes. And in doing so work hardened the hosel. Then I found this straight fluted reamer by googling. It simply said that if this is what you are going to do, this is the tool you need. I was dumbfounded how easy it was to ream the .355 hosels to .370 with this reamer. I reamed 6 Mizuno MP 60 hosels to .370 in less than 15 minutes. I ordered two thinking I would burn em up. Not even. I probably won’t need any more. Bottom line if you are a club builder, or are getting into club building, don’t be fooled by that other “company’s” ad. Don’t buy that spiral fluted reamer. Get this man’s reamer. Shaft Connect.
