The Cobra DS-Adapt hybrid screw is the screw that is seated at the base of your Cobra DS-Adapt hybrid. The screw threads in and connects your Cobra DS-Adapt hybrid adapter to the hybrid head.  If your Cobra screw is lost or broken, this is the replacement screw you need.
